- Guest Service Agent Supervisor reports directly to the Assistant FO Manager.
- Guest Service Agent Supervisor will be dynamic and efficient to serve all guests approaching the Front Desk with a professional manner, warm welcome and positive attitude. She/he will be a main actor in the Check-in and Check-out process, which occur at the Front Desk, and will be available to assist the guest in any time.
- Guest Service Agent Supervisor will process to check-in the guest within 5 minutes according to our Brand Service Standard
- Guest Service Agent Supervisor rotates to work as assigned by FOM.
