-The Steward must have good knowledge of cleaning process and basic hygiene level.
-The Steward must master the cleaning process for every kitchen equipment, following the guidelines giving to (him/her) by the Chief Steward, the Assistant Production Chef or Production Chef.
- The Steward must be able to use properly and safely all the cleaning equipment, and chemicals, following the guidelines giving to (him/her) by the Chief Steward, the Assistant Production Chef or Production Chef.
- The Steward is expected to learn fast and develop him or herself, rapidly to become more efficient, and productive.
The role of Steward is to take care of all matters concerning cleaning, maintaining, and organizing, all aspects of building structure and equipment.
This position also includes the waste management, and sanitation process.
