- Able to lead, together with the production chef, the kitchen team in a professional and fairly manner.
-Must master the knowledge for food handling and food identification, following the HACCP principle.
- Must master the topic of hygiene and safety, following the principle of HACCP.
- Must master the utilization and cleaning process of kitchen equipment, following the principle of HACCP.
- Must be comfortable using a computer and purchasing software.
- Learn fast and develop him or herself, rapidly to become more efficient, and productive.
The role of the Assistant Production Chef is to cover all area in the kitchen, ordering of food, establish menu with the Production Chef, organize schedule for Assistants Chefs in the kitchen with the Production Chef, checking deliveries, organizing ingredients for all kitchens, checking on stock rotation, overseen and be part of all cleaning and organize process, and responsible for all preparation of dishes and meals.
