Chief Accountant - Novotel

- At least 3 years experience in accounting
- Strong leadership and lead good team spirit
- Exceptional computer skills, Excel, Word
Knowledge Hotel Operating System (Suns system)
- Knowledge in accounting AP, Income , AR, OPERA and PMS system
- Understanding of Finance & Accounting principles and Taxation.
- Moderate proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English.

- Support the Director of Finance in managing and supervising daily accounting activities.
- Guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to generally accepted accounting principles of all financial records and reports.
- Generate cash flow analyses, annual operating and capital budgets, and any required analytical reports.
- Ensure prompt and accurate filing and payment of all federal, state, taxes, licenses, and permits.

8 days-off per month (9.5 hours working hours)
