Responsibilities
1. Provide the proper and safe operation and care of all Tennis & Health club equipment.
2. Provide information and assistance to hotel guests as requested.
3. Work closely with the Engineering department to administer preventive maintenance procedures and to limit equipment down time by ensuring proper use and care.
4. Ensure safety procedures are followed. First aid training is also essential.
5. Provide information about tennis/ products shop/ bicycles & route/ steam / sauna / kids room / computer room / gym and any other relevant activities.
6. Issue, stock and order towels, or other items or amenities needed in the area.
7. Work closely with Housekeeping to keep the area meticulously clean and fresh at all times.
8. Offer, order and serve room service food to health club guests.
9. Responsible for children?s games and programs effectively and safely.
10. Advise the guests how to use gym equipment safely and effectively.
