?Plans, directs, controls and coordinates the activities of all aspects of Rooms Division: Front
Office, Concierge, Housekeeping, Swiss service, Wellness centre and Security
? High levels of visibility thus ensuring Swissotel?s service standards are driven at all
touchpoints
? Guest recognition: Observe and review all aspects including frequency of visits, guestfeedback, etc.
? Control of all aspects of the
departments financial performance
? Creative mindset that challenges the
current norm to help introduce innovative levels of guest service
