1. At least Vocational diploma in any discipline
2. Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience. Exposure in kitchen operation is a must
3. Good knowledge of the cleaning equipments
4. Ability to communicate basic English

To work under the supervision of EAM./ Director of Food & Beverage or Assistant F&B Manager. Handle all kinds of typing & filing and administrative tasks in the office. Arrange & inform all appointments for Director of F&B and Assistant F&B Manager. Handle all in-coming telephones in the office. Handle and distribute all necessary letters or memorandums to concerned parties.
