Welcome and interact with guests in a fun, friendly, and professional manner.
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to bar standards.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the bar area, including equipment and counters.
Check and restock bar inventory and supplies.
Monitor guest behavior related to alcohol consumption to ensure safety and compliance (e.g., not serving minors or overly intoxicated guests).
Collaborate with other teams (F&B, Guest Experience, Events) to support hostel activities like pub crawls, happy hours, and other social events.
