You will make it to the next round if you are:
* Fluent in Thai and (close to) fluent in English.
* Experienced as a receptionist in a 3 star+ hotel for about 1-2 years
* Savvy in contemporary Front Office operations and computing
* Positive, creative, motivated, eager to learn, welcoming, professional, a fast learner and thinker with a sense of customer service, problem solving, responsibility and humour.
* A people person, a great communicator able to create meaningful experiences for staff and guests

* Be responsible for the style and performance of our Front Office Team
* Play a vital role in setting up the FO department including reviewing/ creating manuals, implementing brand standards, and preparing the department for hotel operations.
