? 8 - 10 years related working experience with in Management Level.
? Very good command of English both written and speaking.
? Good interpersonal skills.
? Good communication & negotiation skill.
? Proactive and pleasant personality.
? Oversee several properties in Thailand within Novotel , Mercure and ibis Erawan portfolio.
? Manages Talent & Culture Department, ensuring compliance with all company policies and procedures both local and government regulations pertaining to employment practices.
? Monitors present and future trends in the local labor situation, social legislation and make recommendations relating thereto.
? Investigates and reviews all disciplinary actions to ensure applicable laws and regulations and procedures are followed. Consults with Department Heads on appropriate action and recommends to Management for final action.
? Support and guide General managers and T&C manager based in hotels.
? Establish employees rules and policies among the network.
? Be responsible for issuing Visa and work permit.
? Report directly to SVP operations.
