- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information System or a related field.
- 5 years? experience in IT support with general user applications, networking and server.
- Experienced in system infrastructure (MS Windows Server, Active Directory, VMWare, O365, Group Policy, Network products Cisco Router, Firewall, Switch), data recovery, variety of computer products and operating system and hardware.
- Good communication both Thai and English.
- Good service support and user training skills.
- Able to work after office hours as well as during the weekend when require

- Excellent interpersonal and ability to work under pressure.
- Minimum 5 years work in IT Support field with general user applications, Networking, Service, Experienced in system infrastructure (MS Windows Server, Active Directory, O365, Windows Policy, Network setup e.g. Cisco, AP and controller e.g. Ruckus), variety of computer products, operating systems and hardware.
- Good communication skills in both Thai and English, customer services support, training user and user support handling skills, troubleshooting Hardware/Software issue, install and configure computer hardware/OS/applications.
- Ability to work after office hours and weekends when requires, able to handle support multi-properties in the area, Rama 9, Thonglor, Sathorn.
