? You experienced in international hotels with 3 years+ experience in a similar role.

? You are physically fit and have a strong eye for details & love to work with flower,
plants and nature.
? While working mostly outdoors you are not afraid of the weather or any wild life you
may encounter while performing your duties.
? You have an eye for quality, a critical thinker and quick in problem solving to offer the
best services for casual-luxury travelers.
? You are an effective communicator, good interpersonal skills, able to interact with
customers, team and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, brand and the
company.
? You have the mindset to develop and the support team, creating an environment
where your team can to be the best of themselves and stepping up in their roles.
? You will need to be able to delegate well.
? You are self-motivated, proactive and able to adapt quickly to changing business
needs.
? Most importantly, you have ?empathy?, genuinely keen in reaching out to guests and
the team.
? You are computer literate, keen to learn new technology and able to adapt quickly
into various digital systems.
? Fluent in Thai and proficient in English.
? You are able to work on a 5-shift basis, including evenings, nights, weekends, public
holidays and split shifts.
? You are able to relocate to Khao Yai, enjoy the outdoors and garden!
WHAT?S YOUR ROLE?
? You will be reporting to our Operations Manager regularly
? Attend daily shift briefings & meetings as scheduled
? You will provide the Special Marasca Service & Feeling to all of our guests
? You will follow all SOPs are designed in accordance with International safety
standards, local regulations, Marasca Policies.
? You will present yourself to our guests in a polite & approachable manner
? You will manage all incoming requests / questions from our customers / possible
customers and answer their inquiries in a timely and professional manner
? You will be responsible for all booking enquires via telephone, social media, direct
approach and any other means and answer all guest inquiries in a professional and
polite Marasca Style as set in our SOP?s
? You will handle the booking requests from first contact until confirmed in the system,
follow up payments with accounting, provide Marasca style service until the guest
arrives at the resort
? You are open to multi task and help in other area?s
? You will report any challenges you may face in achieving 100% guest satisfaction to
the operations manager / management without delay
? Assist the management to ensure all guest facing as well as back of house areas are
impeccable clan & spotless presentable reflecting the vision of Marasca.
? To never say ?No? to a guest, but help to find an alternative
? You will participate to solve any challenges which might occur in your area and keep
an open line of communication with the management to provide / receive assistance.
? Work collaboratively with all departments to make sure operations are running
smoothly in tandem with one another, to reach our common goal to create ?cherry-
on-top? experiences through unique accommodations, services and activities.
? You will keep an open line of communication and inform the management of any
suspicious or suspected illegal behavior ongoing in guest areas as well as guest
accommodation areas.

? And everything else in-between! You will be required to perform any reasonable
requests and other duties assigned by the management.
