- Minimum 3 years of culinary operation of international operations or hotels.
- Food hygiene and food hazard knowledge would be a must.
- Strong leadership with training skills.
- A motivator, team player & builder.
- Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English& Thai language.
- In charge of the kitchen & stewarding operation and manning for all outlets.
- Ensure successful operation through compliance with ACCOR & Novotel standard.
- To interact with F&B and Sales & Marketing on planning and implement of effective food promotions.
- Apply necessary precautions with the HACCP standards in all outlets.
- Train and develop team members in the departmental operating standards.
- 8 day-off with 9.5 hours a day
