Security Manager

We are looking for a person who possess following qualifications:

? THAI Nationality, age should be more than 35 years old.
? Bachelor degree or higher in Hospitality Management, Hotel Studies or related field.
? At least 3 years experiences in managerial level of Loss Prevention & Security Department experience in 4-star or 5-star hotel would be an advantage.
? Good attention to details, coordinating responses to emergencies and alarms, as well as compiling incident reports, organizing skills with the ability to set priorities for self and team
? Good business sense & good judgment and analytical ability.
? Accuracy and attention to detail.
? Strong leadership skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
? Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
? The goal is to create and preserve an environment where employees, visitors and property are safe and well-protected.
? Good spoken and written communication skills.
? Computer literacy in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) including relevant software to Hotel management.

Security Manager is a member of the Hard Rock Hotel Pattaya & Hard Rock Cafe Pattaya Management Team who is responsible for every aspect of gathering security intelligence and implementing preventative measures of the Hotel.

As security manager, you will have to demonstrate excellent surveillance and emergency response skills. You will need a strong commitment to security rules and knowledge of all hazards and threats to safety. Since you will have a number of people under your responsibility, you must also exhibit leadership skills. Our multi-faceted leaders must be able to operate within non-negotiable company values.
