- 3-5 years of experience as a Chef De Partie or Sous Chef.
- Be able to prepare Thai cuisine and European Innovation Food.
- Understanding of raw material for cooking.
- Capable of controlling and supervising the kitchen's raw material stock.
- Solid understanding of food sanitation working in the GMP and food safety systems
- Having good interpersonal relationships, honesty, ethics, leadership.
- In charge of providing care and all forms of meal preparation to fulfill the criteria of the association
- Be able to manage employee work, train staff, including taking care of the food sanitation system in the kitchen, and complete responsibilities as given by supervisors
