- Manage daily and forecast reports
- Handle incident cases before coordinating with the appropriate department.
- Greets the hotel's VIP guests. Performs special services for VIP guests as directed by the Front Office Manager.
- Responds to inquiries from guests, handles complaints, and attends to their needs.
- To go over any issues that needed to be addressed before the next shift.
