- มีประสบการณ์ในสายงานงาน F&B ด้านงานจัดเลี้ยง อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
-Ensure compliance with established standards of service, operating and hygiene/safety procedures.
-Promote the practice of service distinctiveness as a means to improve customer satisfaction.
-Ensure that service team members are effectively and well trained, and correct any deviation through on-the-job guidance.
-Review customer feedback and make recommendations for improvement.
-Monitor business volume and staffing levels to ensure labour expenses are controlled.
-Maintain positive labour relations and ensure that the team members? grievances are handled according to established procedures.
-Review internal processes in customer interaction cycle with culinary, beverage, stewarding, and identify areas for improvement.
-Comply with hotel and department policies and procedures at all times.
-Exhibits high standards of accountability & responsibility.
-Consistently goes out of the way to delight the customer, in every interaction.
-Committed to enforcing quality standards for products & services.
-Suggests or develops new methods for improving service or product quality.
-Anticipates problems & takes appropriate action.
-Makes timely decisions using sound logic & good judgement keeping customer service quality in mind.
-Accomplices work in an efficient, cost effective & customer centred manner.
-Carry out any other duties as and when assigned by the Management of the Hotel and the Food & Beverage Manager.
