1) Receive and follow on all reservation request, changes, and cancellations received by phone, email or 3rd party request.
2) Identify guest reservation needs and determine appropriate room type
3) Verify availability of room type and rate. Explain guarantee, special rate, and cancellation policies to caller
4) Accommodate and document special request.
5) Answer questions about property facilities/ services and room accommodations.
6) Follow sales techniques to maximize revenue
7) Input and access data in reservation system. Indicate special room reservation types
8) (e.g., complimentary rooms, employee discount travel agent inspection rates, and wholesale reservations) by in putting the correct
code and rate into the reservation system.
Ensure highest level of guest satisfaction by offering attentive service to every guest and associate.
11) Anticipate potential issues and problems and engage proactively to avoid them,resolve guest problems quickly,efficiently &
courteously
12) Listen carefully to understand all guest requests, respond with appropriate action and provide accurate information
