The Technician responsible for operating, monitoring, building contents and the general repair and maintenance work on all Mechanical & Electrical services, plant equipment and building content services which includes carpentry, painting, carpeting, plumbing, etc.

ช่างเทคนิครับผิดชอบในการดำเนินงาน ตรวจสอบ รายละเอียดของอาคาร และงานซ่อมแซมและบำรุงรักษาทั่วไปของเครื่องกลและไฟฟ้าสำหรับการบริการทั้งหมด อุปกรณ์ในอาคาร และบริการสำหรับรายละเอียดของอาคาร ซึ่งรวมถึงงานไม้ งานสี ปูพรม ประปา ฯลฯ


1. To carry out maintenance work on electrical, air-conditioning equipment, refrigerating equipment, ventilation system, mechanical equipment, and pump system etc.
ดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ไฟฟ้า เครื่องปรับอากาศ อุปกรณ์ เครื่องทำความเย็น ระบบระบายอากาศ อุปกรณ์เครื่องกล และระบบปั๊ม เป็นต้น
2. Perform preventive maintenance work as per schedule on electrical, air-conditioning, refrigerating equipment, ventilation system and mechanical equipment.
ดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันตามกำหนดการเกี่ยวกับระบบไฟฟ้า เครื่องปรับอากาศ อุปกรณ์ทำความเย็น ระบบระบายอากาศ และอุปกรณ์เครื่องกล
3. Attend to emergency breakdown of electrical, air-conditioning, refrigerating equipment, ventilation system and mechanical equipment immediately upon receipt of information prior to maintenance work order
เข้าตรวจสอบกรณีฉุกเฉินของระบบไฟฟ้า เครื่องปรับอากาศ อุปกรณ์ทำความเย็น ระบบระบายอากาศ และอุปกรณ์เครื่องกลทันทีที่ได้รับใบสั่งงานซ่อมบำรุง
4. To carry out routine and non-routine inspection on electrical, air-conditioning, refrigerating equipment, ventilation system, water tank, pumps and mechanical equipment etc.
ดำเนินการตรวจสอบตามปกติและพิเศษเกี่ยวกับไฟฟ้า เครื่องปรับอากาศ อุปกรณ์ทำความเย็น ระบบระบายอากาศ ถังเก็บน้ำ ปั๊ม และอุปกรณ์เครื่องกล เป็นต้น
5. Carries out maintenance work for repair of electrical, air-conditioning, fridge, oven, cooker-hood, heat machine, plumbing and sanitation, fire protection and other.
ดำเนินงานซ่อมบำรุงไฟฟ้า เครื่องปรับอากาศ ตู้เย็น เตาอบ เครื่องดูดควัน เครื่องทำความร้อน ประปาและสุขาภิบาล ระบบป้องกันอัคคีภัย และอื่นๆ
6. Maintain inventory control for cost effective operation.
ดูแลการควบคุมสินค้าคงคลังเพื่อการดำเนินงานที่คุ้มค่า
7. Coordinate special project as directed by manager/ supervisor.
ประสานงานโครงการพิเศษตามคำสั่งของผู้จัดการ/หัวหน้างาน
8. Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outsource contractors.
ช่วยตรวจสอบงานทั้งหมดที่ดำเนินการโดยผู้รับเหมาภายนอก
9. To assist in the set up for function which include lighting, pa system, audio visual system.
ช่วยในการตั้งค่าการทำงาน ได้แก่ ระบบไฟ ระบบขยายเสียง ระบบภาพและเสียง
10. Technician is required to respond to call at all time.
