? Experienced in SAP is preferred.
? Ability to communicate with internal and external parties.
? Team-oriented style with a strong customer service attitude and ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
? Lead team of junior account payable and responsible for timely, accurate AP processing.
? Review and manage vendor invoices for group companies.
? Manage relationship with vendors/contractors and be able to discuss with vendors on any outstanding issues and disputes. Also, regularly perform reconcile outstanding invoices with vendors.
? Monitor outstanding invoices and ensure that invoices are paid timely and accurately.
? Prepare and file withholding tax and VAT report for both local and oversea payments.
? Review and check vendor master files.
? Support accounting team in preparing monthly accrued expenses, provision and other adjustment relating to expenditures.
? Support information for external and internal audit purposes.
? Work closely with Purchasing team to ensure compliance with relevant procedures.
? Supervise and direct the subordinates, including providing information and advice for the team to achieve maximum efficiency.
? Other responsibilities as assigned by the Head of Accounting and CFO
