Minimum 2 years experience in related field in a luxury hotel environment, preferably within Asia.
Ability to lead by example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene for high performance.
Fluent in English both written and spoken. Good command in other language(s) would be a plus.
Responsible for all food and beverage outlets, banquet facilities, storage and provision areas.
Management special event concepts and up-sell property facilities
Direct, motivate and organize personnel in order to improve the quality and the creativity of F&B Department.
Suggest new initiatives for service, menu, and F&B promotion improvement to maximize revenue and maintain competitiveness in the market.
