รายละเอียดงาน / Responsibilities
1. เพศชาย/หญิง อายุ 35 ปีขี้นไป เคยทำงานในพื้นที่จังหวัดภูเก็ต / มีสถานที่พักในพื้นที่จังหวัดภูเก็ต
2. ประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง Service Food and Beverage มาแล้วไม่น้อยกว่า 10 ปี
3. การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ถ้าเป็นสาขาเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการโรงแรมฯหรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง จะพิจารณาพิเศษ
4. มีความรู้ความสามรถในการสื่อสารเป็นภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี ทั้งภาษาพูด อ่าน เขียน
5. Manage all F&B and day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards.
6. Preserve excellent levels of internal and external customer service.
7. Design exceptional menus, purchase goods and continuously make necessary improvements.
8. Identify customers needs and respond proactively to all of their concerns.
9. Lead F&B team by attracting, recruiting, training and appraising talented personnel.
10. Establish targets, KPI's, schedules, policies and procedures.
11. Provide a two way communication and nurture an ownership environment with emphasis in motivation and teamwork.
