คุณสมบัติ / รายละเอียดของงาน
1. เพศหญิง อายุ 30 ปีขี้นไป เคยทำงานในพื้นที่จังหวัดภูเก็ต / มีสถานที่พักในพื้นที่จังหวัดภูเก็ต
2. ประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง Reservation มาแล้วไม่น้อยกว่า 8 ปี
3. การศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป ถ้าเป็นสาขาเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการโรงแรมฯ จะพิจารณาพิเศษ
4. มีความรู้ความสามรถในการโต้ตอบ E-mail และการสื่อสารเป็นภาษาอังกฤษได้เป็นอย่างดี ทั้งภาษาพูด อ่าน เขียน
5. Familiar with the hotel operations available technology (PMS & RMS) and all distribution channels.
6. You will assist in the effective operation of the reservations department, to meet the business goals of the hotel according to instructions given by the Reservation Manager. Further to this, you will manage incoming reservation requests in order to avoid a backlog of reservations. You need to ensure daily trace reports/follow-up systems are handled effectively and you will maintain office administrative procedures within the department that will safeguard and detect double bookings, non guaranteed bookings, filing errors and other inaccuracies.
