? At least 3 years related working Experience with in Mid Management or Management Level.
? Has hotel management knowledge and experience, be familiar with government policies related with human resources, welfare and labor relations.
? Knowledge of Labor Law
? Good English communication
? Strong Interpersonal Skill & can do attitude
? Enable to travelling for support new hotel opening and Human Resources ?s task as assignment
? To manage the Human Resources department ensuring staff comply with hotel policies and procedures and local and government regulations.
? Monitors and reviews the employee benefits and compensation
? Maintains and updates employee records, legal documents, policies base on procedures
? Prepares the essential data for monthly payroll process
? To monitor and advise the administration of Human Resources for Hotel Manager and act in an advisory capacity to Hotel Manager such process of Human Resources at HOP INN Center
? Performs other related duties and special projects as assigned by Group Director of Talent and Culture
