Best Western Chatuchak (190+ rooms), Bangkok is currently looking for the following position:
Technician & AV
Responsibilities:
- Ensures that concerned sections are well organized & running smoothly.
- Keeps track of all function events daily, record & file if necessary.
- Controls all audio-visual equipment & check inventory periodically, all problems with fire-alarm system have to be immediately reported to Chief Engineer at any time (24 hours).
- Supervises placement and condition of all fire-extinguishers.
- Trouble shoots, operates, repairs and maintains of: All sound, TV. & other electric equipment such as intercom, paging system, telecommunication & speakers etc.
- Supports any requests such as setting of microphones, speakers, spotlights etc. Maintains TV. Antenna & hotel sound equipment.
- Reports immediately any malfunction if equipment or unusual sights to his superior & take action accordingly.
- Responds and attends to fire alarm or emergencies practicing as the occasion arises.
- Maintains the area & equipment under his charge in tip-top condition in terms of performance and cleanliness.
