1.FEMALE with at least 10 years and a successful track record as Head of F&B Operation in a hotel, resort, restaurant or club
2.Familiar with Asian and European food service with excellent guest service skills

9.College diploma in Hotel Management or related field
1.Lead and manage all F&B team in the delivery of a variety of Asian and European food, corporate events and banquets.
2.Working toward financial budgets e.g. food & beverage cost and strategies, action plans, monitor and analyze F&B performances.
3.Working with management to develop the marketing plan
4.Achieve F&B business goals
5.Managing team member performance
6.Compliance with Thana City's rules and regulations
7.The training, guidance and development of all F&B team member
8.Hygiene, safety and presentation in front and back of house
