- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. R
- Proven experience as an HR Supervisor or similar role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
- In-depth knowledge of HR best practice.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.
- Ability to work independently as well as a team.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, MS Office Suite, and other relevant HR software.
Recruitment & Selection
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations for hiring decisions.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to ensure efficient onboarding processes.
Employee Relations
- Promote a positive work environment and maintain employee satisfaction through effective employee relations strategies.
- Address employee concerns, grievances, and disciplinary matters in a fair and timely manner.
HR Administration:
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.

- Guarantee Service Charge at 2,500 Baht
