? Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources or Training.
? 7 years of relevant experience or similar supervisory role, or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
? Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
? Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
? Problem solving, analytical, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities.
? Good writing skills
? Analyzes training needs in to develop new training programs or modify and improve existing programs for the hotel and prioritizes such needs for work with Human Resources Manager for the Executive Committee review.
? Coordinate and organize the day to day operations of the department including planning and controlling with develop and implementation of departmental standards.
? Develops annual hotel training plans, training budget and prepares quarterly reports to management.
? Develops and maintains hotel?s training library, multimedia visual aids, and other educational materials, manuals and courses.
