WorldHotels:
-Assists Department Head in preparing annual budget, business expectations and guidelines of the appropriate industrial legislation for WorldHotels employees in the entire APAC region.
-Manages the whole cycle of recruitment: creating and launching advertisement, application management, conducting interviews with line managers, providing proposal for decision.
-Administers the onboarding process: overseeing the process, informing relevant mangers and departments to take action accordingly.
-Measures employee satisfaction: identifying areas that require improvement, employee safety, welfare, and health.
-Ensures application of all HR development tools and processes in place
-Assists Department Head in counseling, monitoring and advising managers and supervisors on salary, promotion and benefits, listening to grievances, implementing disciplinary procedures.
-Ensures the compliance of employment legislation in the entire APAC region.
-Be responsible for the routine functions of Personnel Administration for WorldHotels employees which include:
+Payroll APAC: Singapore, China, Japan, India, Hong Kong
+Merit increase, bonus, and incentive
HR tool, absence management, sickness
+Provide contracts and other formal documents for APAC region
+Personnel Files: Maintain staff records
BWH Hotels:
-Assists Department Head in providing Human Resources services to new hotels in Asian region, especially managed hotels, to ensure the successful opening of the hotels.
-Participates in the development and implementation of Human Resource programs, policies & procedures for the managed hotels in Asian region.
-Assists Department Head and makes recommendations regarding Human Resources activities including staffing levels, succession planning, learning and development, etc.
-Manages the recruitment systems for the managed hotels, paying particular attention to advertising, screening, work permits, reference checks and administration of all new hires according to budget and local regulations.
-Assists the Department Head in developing Human Resources related reports, forms, and documents for all BWH Hotel Group hotels in Asia.
-Coordinates with the Hotel owner for the Management recruitment execution.
-Assists in recruiting the General Manager and key Department Heads for BWH Hotel Group hotels, especially managed hotels.
-Recommends the manning guideline for the hotels based on number of rooms and other facilities.
-Ensures HR and Training audit is conducted on a yearly basis and identifies key development areas for the hotels to improve accordingly.
-Performs responsibilities/projects assigned by the Department Head.
