Director of Revenue (Phuket or Bangkok based):
We are looking for an experienced Director of Revenue to manage all Revenue activities (Rooms and Meeting venues) for the newly transformed Amora Beach Resort Phuket (264 rooms), which will reopen in October. And the ecommerce activities for Chiang Mai (200 rooms) and Bangkok (60 rooms). Divided workload as approximately 70%/ 20%/ 10%.
You have a lot of experience in maximizing price setting and controlling inventory for transient & groups and meetings & catering.
Most important tasks are:
Setting dynamic rates throughout the year
Controlling inventory
Collaborating with Sales team to develop Sales Strategy
Manage the eCommerce part on the OTA?s and HWS
Maintain a Digital Marketing Calendar
Preparing Budgets & Forecasting
Producing and reviewing monthly reports to monitor performance
Leading the weekly Strategy attended by GM, Director of Sales and Mice seller
This role can be either in Bangkok or Phuket. If based in Bangkok, regular visits to Phuket are required.
Experience:
? Preferable to have Pre-opening experience ? strong advantage
? Bachelor?s degree / higher education qualification / equivalent in?related fields?
? Five or more years of experience in Revenue Management
? Strong knowledge of OTA?s, dynamic pricing,
? Siteminder experience is a strong advantage
? Must be fluent in speaking and writing in Thai and English
