- Minimum education of bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or relevant disciplines
- 2-3 years in social media, content marketing with a proven record of accomplishment in a fast-paced environment. Hotel industry experiences are a strong plus
- Incredibly good understanding of online marketing practices
- Experience creating graphic posts tailored for social media platforms, video experience is a plus
- Ability to multi-task and balance multiple priorities, to quickly adjust strategies and execution in the face of new information
- Ability to derive actionable insights from social media metrics and marketing data
- Possess the ability to establish strong influencer and social connections
- Able to perform within an integrated team environment
- Experience with Canva and Social Media Management Tools is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both property's native language and English
- Design and implement social media content plan across platforms.?
- Utilize social media to build community and increase engagement.?
- Create engaging content supporting the brand and marketing calendar.?
- Collaborate with internal teams on social media plans.?
- Stay updated on trends and platform changes.?
- Identify opportunities on new platforms to support marketing goals.
- IPTV customizations to optimise guest experiences (overall design, adding neighbourhood guide, events and branded material)?
- Update the ASAI website in terms of SEO Content.?
- Assist in drafting all Dusit experiences listings: Compile and finalise activities provided by the property, create and research contact list and more.?
- Work on designs for all ASAI merchandise.??
