This position is based in Angsana Laguna Phuket.
Job Purpose:
To handle table reservations, control the flow of guest, seating them and perform hostess duties in a manner consistent with the hotel standard.
Key Result Areas:
1. Check, update and follow up on daily events.
2. Check and update poster according to meal period.
3. Check, advise and coordinate with station Captain on daily events and summary.
4. Handle reservations and inquires.
5. Greet and seat guest.
6. Allocate table accordingly.
7. Process thorough knowledge of menus and beverage list.
8. Handle customer complaints if possible, or report them to supervisors.
9. Help maintain standards of cleanliness by carrying out front and back of house cleaning duties as directed.
10. Liaise duties and responsibilities with waiter/ waitress.
11. Report lost and found items and guest incidents report to Supervisor.
