Bartenders

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bartender in a high-volume, upscale restaurant or cocktail bar.
2. Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, mixology techniques, and beverage trends.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and build rapport with guests.
4. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of quality and service.
5. Creativity and passion for crafting unique and memorable cocktail experiences.
6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
7. Fluency in English and Thai.
8. Bartending certification or formal training is preferred.
9. Skilled in the art of crafting visually appealing and Instagram-worthy cocktails, utilizing techniques such as smoking, layering, and garnishing.

Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and serve a wide range of high-quality cocktails, mocktails, and other beverages according to the restaurant's menu and recipes.
2. Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area, ensuring all necessary supplies and ingredients are available.
3. Provide excellent customer service, engaging with guests to understand their preferences and make personalized drink recommendations.
4. Maintain knowledge of current cocktail trends, techniques, and ingredients to continuously improve our beverage offerings.
5. Adhere to all health, safety, and alcohol service regulations, ensuring responsible alcohol service.
6. Accurately process guest checks and handle cash and credit card transactions.
7. Assist in training and mentoring junior bartenders and bar backs.
8. Participate in special events, promotions, and cocktail menu development as required.
