? Experience in Food&Beverage in hotels or restaurant with high standard would be an advantage.
? Have a genuine passion for food and beverage

Operational:
? Welcomes and greets guests according to standard
? Presents menus to patrons and answer questions about menu items, makes
recommendations upon request.
? Informs customers of daily specials
? Explains how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking
methods.
? Takes and serves guest orders promptly and according to service manual.
? Checks food before serving it to guest to ascertain that appearance, temperature and
portions are correct.
? Checks with guests to ensure that they are enjoying their meals and take action to
correct problems (if any).

? Removes dishes and glasses from tables or counters, and takes them to kitchen for
cleaning.
? Prepares checks that itemize and total meal costs and sales taxes.
? Stocks service areas with supplies such as coffee, food, tableware, and linens.
? Reports any deviations of standards to supervisor
? Sets up dining table, arranges utensils and equipment which are in line with design
standard
General:
? Understands and strictly adheres to rules and regulations established in Employee
Handbook and hotels policies concerning fire, hygiene, health and safety.
? Handles guest and employee enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner, reporting
complaints or problems if no immediate solution can be found, whilst feeding back a
prompt follow up.
? Ensures high standards of personal presentation and grooming.
? Attends and contributes to all meetings and trainings as required.
? Provides a courteous and professional service at all times.
? Maintains positive colleague interactions with good working relationships.
