- At least 3 years experience in F&B management.
- Able to speak, understand, and write in English.
- Excellent understanding of the hotel and catering industry.
- Able to work additional hours, public holidays, or overtime if required.
- Can work under pressure.
- Overall supervision, planning, control and coordination of all activities of Food and Beverage related.
- Developing the F&B budget, action plan and promotional activities of the department; stimulates sales and profit, and controls operating expenses.
- Provides Management with information regarding client satisfaction and activities of the competition.
- Participates in menu planning and pricing with Executive Chef.
- Develops beverage lists and drives the revenue at bars and restaurants.
- Oversees stock levels in stores for operation and month-end inventories.
- Oversees the Banquet/Event functions/service in cooperation with Sales Department and follow-up.
- Makes frequent suggestions to Management in reference to improvement of general operation, cost control, and profitability.
- Attends guest complaints, requests or inquiries regarding food and services and immediately takes all required corrective measures.
- Meets and negotiates dealings with suppliers.
- Involved in Guests? Entertainment and Dealings.
