- Bachelor's Degree in related files, hotel experience is preferable.
- Having good negotiation practice will be preferred.
- Own attitude of "Can Do"
- Exemplary interpersonal skills and organisational experience.
- Effective time management and multi-task monitoring
- Prosses professional; disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Assist The Head of Sales and Marketing to establish sales plan and budget to reflect hotel's target and objectives.
- Conduct market analysis and drives strategies for generating new business in Corporate Group.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new promotion of room as well as F&B and know our competitor's status.
- Analyses sales planning and implementation ways to improve and generate revenue to hotel.
- Achieves sales budget and leverage selling rate on monthly and yearly basis.
- Acts as Brand Ambassador and create good customer's perception toward hotel's products and services.
