Executive Housekeeper (ผู้จัดการแผนกแม่บ้าน)

- Minimum 5 years work experience in a Housekeeping Executive role.
- An attention to details.
- Possesses a positive and cheerful attitude, is mature with strong communication and leadership skills.
- Strong organization and analytic skills
- A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
- Good understanding of the operation and is well organized.
- Good oral and written communication skills in English

- Direct the activities of housekeeping- s daily operation, maintain and improve high cleaning standards of guestrooms and public areas.
- Inspect guestroom floors, back of house, offices and public areas to ensure they are cleaned and well maintained.
- Work with Engineering to maintain areas of the hotel to the highest standards and assist in scheduling periodic property maintenance followed by spring-cleaning
- Compile and update Standard operating procedures for all areas of responsibility periodically
- Oversee operations of Laundry and Linen, flower and Decoration
