- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
- Experience in marketing and public relations, with at least 3 years in a management role
- Great interpersonal and English communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate new ideas.

- Find creative ways to propel a hotel into the public to boost sales and productivity.
- Develop marketing plans that incorporate traditional and online marketing techniques to reach target audiences.
- Develop and foster a positive image and relationship between the hotel and the public, vendor, suppliers, guest, clients and community.
- Responsible for creating artwork and ensuring its alignment with brand standards to effectively engage and resonate with the public.
