-Minimum 4 years experience in Food & Beverage in the management level.
-Knowledge of Food & Beverage Strategy Planning & Implementation.
-Able to comply with all Food and Beverage brand standards.
-Good command of both written and spoken English and Thai.
-Responsible for managing operations of all Food and Beverage/Culinary.
-To deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience while training staff.
-Meeting or exceeding financial goals.
To improve service standards to increase guest satisfaction and overall hygiene standards.
-Stimulates sales and profit, controls operating expenses.
-Participates in menu planning and pricing with Sales & Marketing and Food & Beverage Culinary.
