1. responsible for areas of recruiting, employee relations, benefits, events, workers compensation, training & development.
2. ensure that the company HR operational policies & processes are adhered to & continually improved
3. implement corporate policies & procedures on compensation, incentive, bonus & benefits
4.encourages a good standard of staff conduct & behavior & coordinates disciplinary procedures when necessary.
5. lead in the writing, amending and implementation of standards across departments
6. lead in writing, planning and executing generic and department training
7. coordinates performance evaluations as scheduled
