Beverage Manager

Job Requirements

?Diploma or Certificate or equivalent similarity experience required
?Minimum 5 years hotel experience required
?Knowledgeable in all Food and Beverage Division Operations.

Job Summary and Responsibilities
?Maintains guest service & F&B standards to meet the market needs & guest expectations.
?To be in charge of overall supervision, planning, training, coordinating and communicating with staff within the beverage department.
?Identifies market needs and trends.
?Ensures the tidiness & cleanliness of staff uniforms.
?Assists F&B Manager in recruiting & selecting employees.
?Acts as a service staff when necessary.
?Assists F&B Manager in developing beverage menus to meet the market needs.
?Ensures that all new F&B employees undergo a complete introduction program of the department. ?Motivates & provides good morale in the department.
?Reports to F&B Manager immediately regarding any kind of unusual events.
?Maintains good relationship and cooperation with all departments & guest.
?To be aware of what competitors are doing, and reports to F&B Manager.
?To be familiar with F&B beverage standard & company policies.
?Performs other duties as assigned by F&B Manager.
