- Bachelor?s degree in a relevant field such as quality management, engineering, or business. A master?s degree or certifications like Certified Quality Manager (CQM) can be advantageous.
- Proven experience in quality management or QMS roles, with a strong background in quality standards and regulatory compliance.
- Knowledge of quality management principles, industry standards (e.g., ISO 9 001), and relevant regulatory requirements.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess data and identify areas for improvement.
- Excellent communication and training skills to educate staff members and promote a quality-focused culture.
- Detail-oriented and organized to manage documentation and audits effectively.
- Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
- Strong project management skills to oversee QMS implementation and improvement projects.
- QMS Development: Design, develop, and establish the organization?s Quality Management System, including the creation of policies, procedures, and documentation.
- SOP Development: Developing SOP?s together with each department. Ensuringall key process and tasks have SOP, details the step-by-step procedures. And those SOPs are to be followed in particular operations.
- Compliance: Ensure that the QMS aligns with relevant quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Training: Provide training and guidance to staff members to ensure understanding and adherence to the QMS. Issuing and overseeing staff/team training schedule as well as assigned trainer for each team/function. Ensure new
staff will get sufficient training before getting on the floor.
- QMS Manager Auditing: Plan, conduct, and oversee internal audits to assess compliance with
the QMS and identify areas for improvement.
- Continuous Improvement: Drive initiatives for process improvement, identifying
opportunities to enhance product or service quality and operational efficiency.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data related to quality metrics, performance
indicators, and customer feedback to make data-driven decisions.
