1.Evaluate and initiate developing training programs to ensure the program is suitable for training needs and company strategies.
2.Conduct, Analyze, design and improve process of company succession planning that based on competency.
3.Supports the development program to enhance leadership and management capabilities.
4.Uses effective training methods to ensure employees have a good understanding of participants and develop staff competency.
5.Plan and monitor budget to control departmental expenditures.
6.Plan and follow up the assessment for training process.
7.Other special assignments assigned by supervisor.
