- Thai nationality age 30-50 years old.
- Excellent knowledge in Opera system.
- Excellent English communication both written and spoken.
- Experience in Reservation, Sales and events sales at least 3 years.
- Knowledge in E-commerce.
- Excellent in using PMS and Channel Manager would be advantaged
- Able to handle all inquiry e-mail and booking request from OTA
- Re-check next day arrival correspondents for Front Office to make sure the bookings are corrected and document support are completed
- Responsibility part of E-commerce, dealing with OTA by manage, control the rate and promotion
- Responsibility for inventory control and take decision for close/re-open allotment sell
- Responsibility all events inquiry, issue BEO with signage and coordinate with F&B and Banquet team
- Greeting and monitor during function date for make sure that operation go smooth before hand over to Banquet team
- Be sell person, review occupancy and forecast to maintain the occupancy and push on market to drive revenue
- Manage the promotion for drive the market and revenue
- Make sure all staffs performance follow standard
- Training for all staff to improve performance onward
