- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to initiate catering & events solution for customer
- Excellent Thai and English speaking and writing skills
- Lead Catering & Events team to bring in banquet revenue from every segments esp. MICE
- Monitor the Catering & Events team to deliver excellent services to customers throughout sales and events process
- Maintain existing customers and develop new targeted customers to achieve hotel goal & KPI
- Provide perfect service and ensure customer?s satisfaction
