? Thai Nationality only.
? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major.
? Experience in the hotel operations, especially in Room Divisions, Food & Beverage and Sales & Marketing. Working experience in Thailand is preferred.
? Management and customer service experience in a similar capacity in a luxurious 5-star hotel/resort. ? desirable.
? Strong administrative skills.
? Demonstrated ability to lead.
? Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue, and forecasting strong communications skills.
? Accountable for the entire operation and control of the hotel

MAIN SCOPE AND PURPOSE:
The Assistant Regional Operations Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating, ensuring, and following up on their Regional team?s regional strategy and supporting (by serving) their General Managers to drive sustainable earnings across all properties by striving to achieve the EBITDA and TQM targets while ensuring compliance with brand and health & safety standards, company policies and consistent implementation of Standard Operating Procedures.
This role focuses heavily, and not only, on ground operations, people management, brand reputation and FOH / BOH processes.
