? Planning, coordinating, and overseeing the recruitment process to attract and hire qualified candidates.
? Managing employee relations issues and resolving conflicts or disputes that arise in the workplace.
? Identifying training needs and coordinating employee training and development programs.
? Developing and implementing performance management systems to assess and evaluate employee performance.
? Administering compensation and benefits programs, including salary administration, payroll processing, and employee benefits enrollment.
? Developing, implementing, and enforcing HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
? Promoting employee engagement and morale through initiatives such as employee recognition programs, team-building activities, and communication channels.
? Managing HR administrative tasks such as maintaining employee records, processing personnel actions. Ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of employee data and records.
? Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations. Keeping abreast of changes in labor laws and advising management on HR compliance issues and potential risks.
