-Bachelor?s degree in any discipline.
-Minimum of 2-3 years in secretarial, administrative experience. Exposure in hotel operation or hospitality business is highly desirable.
-Computer literate and ability to use other office equipment.
-Knowledges of PMS, POS, SAP, HRIS, CANVA or any related.
-Have excellent English communication skills both in written and spoken.
-Highly organized, detail-oriented and possesses a pleasant personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-To support for Sale, Reservations, Front Office, Finance & Accounting and Human Resources as assignments.
-To support the administration tasks in the day-to-day operation of the hotel as required.
-Compose correspondence for the administration tasks.
-Support internal hotel projects, tracking necessary action and updating reports as progress is made.
-Maintain trace file and bring forward daily items to act on appropriate tasks.
-Handle all office administration duties such as mail, phones, photocopying, and office supplies.
-Able to use PMS, POS, SAP, HRIS and advance Office System.
-Focuses of reporting, productivity, cross department accounting efficiencies, steps in for operational support when needed.
