1.Formulate outlet annual budget, marketing and operations plan
2.Responsible and review sales for previous day; resolve discrepancies with Finance immediately
3.Monitor revenue and operating costs against budget closely to achieve desired financial and business goals
4.Develop and drive initiatives to achieve outlet?s financial goals
5.Attend monthly financial performance review meeting
This position is responsible for the management of all financial and operational aspects of the outlet, in accordance with hotel standards. Directs implements and maintains service and management philosophy, which serves as a guide to respective team member.
Liaise with the Culinary and Stewarding Departments to ensure strict adherence to hotel standards to achieve business results.
