8.At least 5 years with a successful track record as Golf Operation and Golf Membership team in a leading club in Thailand.
Position Description Summary:
Develop and manage all golf membership operations to consistently deliver a top class experience for all members and member guests from bag drop off to departure. Golf Members preform complete understanding of the club rules is essential.
1.Maximize revenue monthly fee payment from golf members.
2.Maintain close co-operation with the pro shop to maximize fee tee time utilization.
3.Support sales and reservation team for well organize of tee times booking and golf events.
4.Applying the club rules to all golf members in particular monthly fee and play fees.
5.High standards of golf membership operation.
6.Deliver consistently high levels of golf membership service measured by feedback.
7.Engaging with members and guests formally and informally to identify complaints and areas for service improvement.
8.Deliver the highest level of presentation in all areas of the club.
